Khun Pattamarat joined the firm in 2003.
She received her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).in Business Law with honors from Chulalongkorn in 2002.
She has completed the coursework toward her Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Chulalongkorn and is currently working on her master's thesis.
She works on matters of company formation, company restructuring, company due diligence, share issuance, share and stock purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and other commercial transactions.
In real estate matters, she performs real estate due diligence, drafting, reviewing and counseling on real estate transactional documents such as land purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, management agreements, service agreements, easement agreements and construction agreements and other real estate transactions, including participation in closing procedures and registration of transactions at Land Offices.
She is licensed by the Lawyer Council of Thailand and is an Extraordinary Member of the Thai Bar Associates and has been a member of the Law Society of Thailand since 2005.
Khun Pattamarat speaks English and Thai.
