Khun Nithinan helped co-found the firm in 2000.
Khun Nithinan received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Thammasat University in 1996 and has been licensed to practice law in Thailand since 2000.
She was awarded her Master of Laws (LL.M.). from the University of Houston in 2006.
After graduation from Thammasat in 1996, Khun Nithinan joined the law firm Seri Manop Ltd. in Bangkok.
At Seri Manop, Khun Nithinan worked closely with Mr. Mulvana, principally on sophisticated real estate development transactions, foreign investment in Thailand, international business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and finance.
In December 2000, Khun Nithinan helped found Mulvana, de Angeli & Associates Ltd.
At the firm, she concentrates on foreign investment in Thailand, mergers and acquisitions and sophisticated real estate development transactions.
Her experience includes project development agreements , construction contracts, office building leases, warehouse, factory raw land leases, asset sales, share subscriptions, Thai subsidiaries of foreign companies involving entity formation, merger of Thai companies, BOI applications, commercial contracts, project financing and other loan transactions.
Khun Nithinan speaks Thai and English.
Khun Nithinan is admitted to practice law in Thailand.
She has been a member of the Thai Bar Association and the Law Society of Thailand since 2000.
