Natthita joined the firm in 2008.
She graduated from Chulalongkorn University in Business Law in 2003.
Before joining the firm, Natthita worked for four years at an international law firm in Bangkok, where her practice was focused principally on real estate acquisitions, property development, sales and leasing and corporate transactions and foreign direct investments including BOI applications for investments privileges. She also has handled foreign business clients' various visa, immigration and work permit matters.
At MDA Natthita's practice areas expanded to include: advising clients on entity formation, corporate restructuring, corporate acquisitions, mergers and restructuring, debt restructuring, real estate acquisitions, leases and superficies; carrying out due diligence related to complex real estate and corporate transactions; negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, subscriptions and shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements, service agreements, construction contracts and other commercial contracts for both international and local clients; as well as drafting wills, employment contracts and engagement letters.
Natthita has extensive experience in various areas of law, i.e., land and property laws, commercial contracts, corporate law, labour laws, family law and wills and estates.
Natthita is fluent in Thai and English.
She has been admitted as a qualified lawyer from the Lawyer Council of Thailand since year 2005 and is a qualified notarial services attorney in Thailand.
