Khun Pornsawan graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from Chulalongkorn University in 2007 and then joined the firm shortly thereafter in April 2008.
At the firm, Khun Pornsawan's practice has principally focused on real estate transactions including land acquisitions, superficies and lease transactions and the drafting of relevant transactional documents and assisting with Land Office registrations and related procedures. She also has experience in litigation matters, drafting and filing of complaints, legal research and drafting of court filings and witness preparation as well as serving as an interpreter in court proceedings, court-ordered mediations and drafting of settlement agreements. Khun Pornsawan also works on company formations, corporate restructurings, including shareholder loans, pledge agreements, shareholder agreements and related matters.
Khun Pornsawan is admitted to practice law in Thailand. She passed the Thai lawyers examination and has held a lawyer license since year 2008. Later the same year, she also passed the Thai barristers examination. Since May 2009, Khun Pornsawan has also been a notarial services attorney licensed by the Lawyer Council of Thailand.
Khun Pornsawan is fluent in both Thai and English.
She is currently pursuing her Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) at Ramkamhaeng University and expects to receive her degree in 2011.
